Job DescriptionSecurity Officer - Hospital Grounds Driver in Cleveland, OH will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. As a Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your visible presence will help deter security‑related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

- Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, assisting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security‑related issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control and visitor management to maintain a secure environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with facility personnel and/or local authorities during emergency situations or drills.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security‑related activities as required by site protocols.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Proof of vaccination is required for this hospital client.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants with criminal histories may be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Drug screen as permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
