As a Security Officer – Healthcare Facility Rounds in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. • Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence throughout the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns.
• Communicate with staff and visitors to provide directions, answer questions, and assist as needed while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and emergency services as needed to support a secure and orderly environment.

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Hospital site requires proof of vaccination.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred; CPR and/or First Aid certification is also preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Fri 03:30 PM - 07:30 PM
Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
