As a Security Officer - Hospital Grounds Driver in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as healthcare. As a Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your visible presence will help deter security‑related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, assisting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security‑related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control and visitor management to maintain a secure environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with facility personnel and/or local authorities during emergency situations or drills.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security‑related activities as required by site protocols.

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Proof of vaccination.
• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions only).
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screening as required by law.
