Inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment.

Perform various facilities maintenance activities.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and similar problems on machinery/equipment and perform timely repairs.
• Establish appropriate frequency and perform regular preventive maintenance activities on all machinery/equipment in the facility.
• Perform timely facility/building maintenance and minor repairs, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs.
• Coordinate and make recommendations on work‑related contracts and services.
• Supervise outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements.
• This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.

1st shift paying up to $34.62 per hour.

• Demonstrate mechanical and technical aptitude.
• 3-5 years experience in an industrial, maintenance environment.
• College degree or certificate in a technical area or related field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
