Banyan Living, a premier management company specializing in luxury apartment homes, is seeking a reliable and skilled Appliance Repair Service Technician to join our maintenance team. Your expertise will ensure that our residents enjoy the best living experience by keeping their appliances in excellent working condition.

As an Appliance Repair Service Technician at Banyan Living, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances across our properties. Your technical skills and customer service focus will be integral to our commitment to resident satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washers/dryers
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and respond to service requests from residents promptly
• Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and service requests completed
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with residents regarding their appliance issues and repairs
• Stay updated on appliance technology and remain knowledgeable about industry best practices
• Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members to address property-related concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is preferred
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in appliance repair, ideally in a residential setting
• Strong knowledge of various appliances and their repair techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver appliances as needed
