• Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently for commercial underground projects.
• Perform pre‑operation inspections and routine maintenance on drilling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with crew members to coordinate workflow and maintain productivity.
• Assist in the setup, operation, and tear‑down of job sites.
• Document work completed, including daily logs and equipment reports.
• Report any hazards, malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in drilling or related construction work.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus, but not required).
• Dependable, safety‑conscious, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist in all aspects of field operations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to operate either Ditchwitch or Vermeer equipment.
