360 Heating and Cooling LLC is looking for dependable and skilled Plumbers to join our Field Operations team. This is a full‑time opportunity for a licensed professional who takes pride in their craft, communicates clearly, and delivers exceptional service on every project. • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and light commercial environments.
• Diagnose issues with pipe systems, fixtures, water heaters, gas lines, and more.
• Perform jetting, leak detection, and system testing using industry‑standard tools.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to explain issues and solutions.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and clean up job sites thoroughly after service.
• Document service visits and materials used with accuracy and timeliness.
• Travel locally to job sites with provided company vehicle.

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program is a plus.
• Journeyman certification or valid plumbing license preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Backflow license is a plus.
• Motivated to learn, team‑oriented, and committed to safety and professionalism.

Full‑Time, Monday–Friday. Overtime and weekends may be required based on workload and emergencies.
