Solar Electrician (Piece Rate – No License Required)

We are hiring an experienced Solar Electrician to support residential solar installations. This role does not require an electrical license, but strong hands‑on experience with solar wiring, service equipment, and troubleshooting is essential. This is a piece‑rate position, ideal for a fast, high‑quality technician. Reliable personal transportation is required.

• Complete solar electrical work, including wiring, terminations, grounding, conduit runs, and equipment mounting
• Assist with main panel upgrades, inverter installations, and system commissioning
• Troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues in the field
• Ensure all work meets NEC and company standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, homeowners, and inspectors

• Proven experience as a solar or residential electrician
• Ability to work safely and independently
• Strong understanding of solar electrical components and layouts
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills

Piece‑rate pay with high earning potential based on productivity.
