Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Now hiring a Carpenter for a condo community in Lyndhurst for 1st shift, 8am – 4:30pm.

Monday – Saturday.

Weekly pay at $16 per hour.

• Clean, scrape, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Fill cracks, holes, and imperfections with proper materials; cover surfaces to protect from paint.
• Apply paint, varnish, stain, and other finishes; mix and match colors to desired results.
• Perform minor repairs to walls, woodwork, and other surfaces.
• Replace or repair fixtures like doorknobs and light switch covers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous Painting experience is required.
• Previous Facilities Maintenance experience is preferred.
