Note: Carpenters are expected to bring their own standard hand and power tools. Specialty tools required for specific projects are provided by Integrated Restoration.

• 3+ years of carpentry experience (remodeling or restoration preferred)
• Skill in drywall, framing, trim, painting, and finish work
• Light mechanical skills: patch-back plumbing/electrical/HVAC is a plus
• Reliable and punctual — you show up when you say you will
• Willingness to take part in the on-call rotation for emergency tarp/board-up response
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Someone who takes their time — but doesn’t waste it
• Someone who cares more about doing it right than doing it fast
