Qualifications:

5+ years

of commercial carpentry experience.

3+ years

of experience as a Foreman (if applicable).

Experience with

metal stud framing, drywall hanging, acoustical ceilings, and metal doors/hardware . Ability to

read and interpret prints . Must have

hand tools

appropriate for the trade. Strong

problem-solving and critical thinking skills .

Valid drivers license

and

reliable transportation

required.

OSHA 10

certification is a

plus

(not required).

Journeyman Carpenter/Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of commercial carpentry If in Foreman position, overseeing a crew of

5-15 people

on commercial new construction/remodel projects Perform tasks such as

metal stud framing, drywall hanging, acoustical ceilings and metal doors/hardware

installation. Coordinate and manage daily site activities and ensure quality work.

Journeyman Carpenter/Foreman Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate:

$32-$48/hr (Based on experience).

Schedule:

Typically working 5/8-10s Weekly pay via direct deposit.
