Window World is seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Measure/Service Technician serving our Akron and Cleveland locations. • Maintain knowledge of products, installation methods, and service techniques
• Accurate measuring of windows, bays, bows, patio doors, entry doors and storm doors
• Provide excellent communication and customer service
• Replace window sashes and parts and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Previous experience with replacement window and door installation preferred
• Positive attitude with an energetic, professional demeanor
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug test, including marijuana
