Front Line Service is looking to add case managers to several of our teams!
As a case manager, you will build relationships with participants who have behavioral health challenges one-on-one; working with them to identify and achieve goals such as maintaining housing, getting connected to resources, navigating systems, participating in mental and physical healthcare services, addressing substance use concerns, and more! Our case managers also help empower participants to improve their social skills and networks through coaching and support during recreational activities and therapeutic groups.
A successful case manager will be someone who has flexibility, creativity, good time management, and is non-judgmental. We’re looking for someone who is ready to learn, and comfortable working independently to actively engage clients, including driving them to access resources. Case managers receive specialized training and coaching on the practice of case management using best practices in the field, as well as documentation, housing, time management, boundaries, and more.
You’ll also receive ongoing supervision from skilled, experienced clinicians to help you develop your individual strengths and chart your career path.
Front Line has several programs that are looking for someone like you. When you apply, let us know if you have a preferred population you’d like to work with: young adults (18-24), families, adults, and adults involved with the criminal justice system. There are also different options for where you do this work: in the community, visiting clients in their homes, or in a residential setting, working in buildings where clients live.
Self-care is a high priority at Front Line, and we offer flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and great benefits! We offer training on anti-racism, best practices, community resources, harm reduction, and much more. We provide monthly professional development opportunities, opportunity for CEU’s, licensure supervision, and internship opportunities for our staff in school. We also have a partnership with Case Western Reserve University to offer discounted tuition for employees seeking further education, as well as employment-based internships for students pursuing degrees in social work and counseling.
In fact, we just won CASE’s award for outstanding practicum organization! Join our team and learn what a difference quality care and compassion make in the lives of the people we serve, one success at a time.
