Forvis Mazars Executive Search has exclusively partnered with a growing nonprofit organization to identify their next Assistant Controller. This role will have the opportunity to progress to the Controller for the right individual. Our client is mission focused with a dynamic leadership team.

As the Assistant Controller, you will oversee a small team and work cross functionally throughout the organization. This role has great work-life balance and a culture that promotes your ability to have a life outside of work. A few of the main qualifications include:

• Oversee month end close process
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and technology upgrades
• Public accounting and CPA are highly preferred
• Mentor a lean and high performing team
