Sr. Java developers full stack WPS

Day 1 onsite (weekly 3 days)

• Analyze user requirements and envision system features and functionality.
• Collaborate with offshore team of developers.
• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions.
• Perform proof on concepts in the new areas of development.
• Investigate production issues.
• Support continuous improvement of the production systems.
• Learn and grow together with the team.

• Solid programming expertise in Java (8-10 years)
• 3-5 yrs. of experience in designing and developing Java web services Micro services
• Experience in web based/server-side applications using J2EE Technologies (java, JDBC, J2EE)
• Strong grasp of distributed architecture including SOAP, REST web services and JMS messages, good understanding (5+ years) of RDBMS databases, JDBC and Database access technologies preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Sprint, Hibernate, Apache/Tomcat Strong problem solving and system design
• Exposure to cloud technologies
• Desire to learn both personally and professionally. Willingness to innovate and improve.
• IBM Web Sphere process server/mediation modules – Rest API development
• AWS, Azure API development, packaging, and deployment
• Linux environment and scripting
• Solid understanding of multi-tiered distributed application design
• Prior working experience in financial industry
• Excellent communication, organizations, and planning skills
