Job Overview

We are in need of a skilled Acumatica Software Developer in Cleveland, OH proficient in C#, .NET, and SQL to create, personalize, and merge solutions for our Acumatica Cloud ERP system. The chosen individual will have a crucial role in expanding Acumatica’s capabilities through its xRP Framework, SOAP/REST APIs, and customization tools. This candidate should have practical experience with Acumatica development and a dedication to crafting efficient, scalable, and business-focused solutions.

Aside from providing support for ongoing Acumatica projects, this role will involve offering technical mentorship, guidance, and instruction to junior developers on the team.

• Plan, build, and deploy customized Acumatica components, interfaces, and reports utilizing C#, .NET, and Acumatica’s xRP Framework.
• Create and manage connections between Acumatica and other company systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Adjust Acumatica ERP workflows, dashboards, and operational logic to fulfill business needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Enhance SQL queries and stored procedures for optimized performance and dependability.
• Back Acumatica deployment, setup, and data transfer initiatives.
• Pinpoint and resolve system problems, delivering continuous support and upkeep.
• Train and guide other programmers on Acumatica development practices, coding standards, and integration methods.
• Stay informed about new Acumatica releases and emerging technologies to enhance system performance and user interaction.

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or possess relevant experience.
• Have 3+ years of experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server development.
• Bring at least 2 years of experience in developing or customizing Acumatica ERP or similar platforms.
• Thorough understanding of Acumatica’s xRP Framework and Customization Project Editor.
• Experience working with SOAP and RESTful APIs for system integration.
• Proficient in Acumatica Generic Inquiries, DACs, Graphs, Reports, and Business Events.
• Knowledge of Acumatica Mobile Framework is beneficial.
• Strong grasp of ERP business processes (finance, distribution, manufacturing, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Capable of effectively mentoring and guiding other developers.
• Preferred Credentials:
  Acumatica Developer Certification
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure Dev Ops).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Prior involvement in supporting ERP implementation or consulting projects.
