Role overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Quality & Reliability (QnR). In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications and complex information systems, working with cutting‑edge technologies across both backend and frontend environments. What you’ll work on:

• Design and develop modern full‑stack web applications
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js/Next.js
• Built responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS and custom CSS, with close attention to usability, accessibility, and visual detail
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code following best practices
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical and application issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technologies
• Document technical solutions and development phases

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of professional experience in software development, with hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
• Good understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, or Gradle and modern development workflows
• Knowledge of Type Script, Next.js, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) is an advantage
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate, state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Jotai), and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) is a plus
• Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI, Jasper Reports, or previous involvement in Public Sector projects will be considered an asset
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with attention to detail, adaptability, and a continuous‑learning mindset
