We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals for Coaching Opportunities in Lacrosse and Soccer at Benedictine High School. Coaches will develop and implement training programs, provide mentorship, and coordinate practice sessions that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Additional responsibilities include organizing and managing games, preparing strategies, ensuring the safety of student‑athletes, and fostering a positive and motivating team environment. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Cleveland, OH.

• Strong knowledge of Lacrosse or Soccer, including game strategies, techniques, and rules
• Experience with coaching, mentoring, and leadership within athletic programs
• Ability to communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration
• Skills in team management, organizational planning, and fostering sportsmanship
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
• Commitment to the values and mission of Benedictine High School
• Previous coaching experience and a relevant sports or education background are a plus
