Flexjet is currently seeking qualified individuals to join our Operations department in our Mission Validation team. This position is responsible for aircraft performance calculations, trip feasibility analysis, and advance planning for US domestic travel. The Validation Analyst will work proactively and communicate regularly with the Flight Communications, Scheduling, Owner Services, Meteorology, and Flight Planning Departments to ensure a seamless flight schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Complete Aircraft Performance Requests as submitted by Owner Services teams
  • Complete Mission Analysis of trip feasibility
  • Send sample plans to OSR and Sales as requested
  • Coordinate all Special Events each year including Super Bowl, F1 Races, and Master’s Tournaments
  • TSA screening set up
  • Send Prior Permission Required (PPRs) and Slots for airport usage
  • Add and update airport information in internal systems
  • NOTAM lookup for 72-hour notices and TFR notices
  • Send daily trip lists to external vendors and FBOs
  • Communicate with FBOs, internal and external vendors, handlers, and airport staff as needed
Skills and Requirements
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an aviation/logistics environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of FARs regarding Part 91, 135, or 121 airline operations is preferred.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn customized company software programs.
  • Our operation is 24/7/365 and candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as schedule dictates.
  • Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work productively, independently, and within a team.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required.
  • Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking various real time situations in a fast-paced environment.
