Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Accountant, located on-site in Cleveland, TN. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include bookkeeping, budgeting, financial analysis, audits, and tax preparation. The Accountant will work closely with our financial team to support the overall financial health and strategy of the company.

Qualifications

• Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting skills
• Bookkeeping, payroll tax, quarterly and annual report skills
• Experience with Accounting Software such as Quick Books
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with real estate, retail, direct lending, leadership training
