Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who wants to support meaningful work in a collaborative, relaxed, faith-based environment. In this role, you will help manage the organization's day-to-day financial operations, support accurate recordkeeping, and contribute to the overall financial health of the nonprofit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Maintain and update donor records, including tracking cash and non-cash contributions.
• Record and calculate in-kind donations accurately in Quick Books.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data and maintain organized accounting records.
• Support month-end close activities and assist with financial reporting as needed.
• Help maintain accounting procedures and internal controls to support financial integrity.
• Maintain employee files and assist with general human resource questions.
