The School of Business at Lee University invites applications for a full‑time tenure‑track position in accounting to begin in August 2026.
The primary responsibilities for this position include teaching a range of courses from introductory to advanced levels in accounting. Additional duties include overseeing undergraduate research projects, engaging in scholarly work, advising students, participating in university and community service, and collaborating with colleagues to complement the school’s current strengths.
Candidates must hold at least a master’s degree in accounting or business. A CPA license is required for candidates whose master’s degree is in business and preferred for all others. Preference will be given to candidates holding or actively pursuing a terminal degree (PhD or DBA) in accounting.
Other required qualifications include Christian commitment, demonstrated college teaching ability, and an ability to integrate elements of the Christian faith into course materials. Professional experience is beneficial but not required. Individuals from underrepresented populations are strongly encouraged to apply.
