Overview

INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR FOR RESIDENTIAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS

SALARY + BONUSES (OUR TOP INSTALLATION SUPERVISORS EARN UP TO $70K)

The Installation Supervisor (IS) is responsible for getting the crews out each day, training crews, reviewing difficult jobs, and ensuring that all jobs are installed in accordance with company guidelines. The Installation Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring sub-contractor quality and performance. The Installation Supervisor may be responsible for measures and breakouts, helping crews finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customers to review difficult or complicated jobs.

This includes reviewing/executing project schedules, assisting with recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed, monitoring work progress, customer updates in our job software, and monitoring labor expenses.

• Review new jobs for accuracy and completeness and ensure jobs are recorded in books
• Track labor and material costs
• Ensure all employee personnel and payroll information is processed
• Maintain branch production speed
• Review concerns with Regional Manager
• Execute Jump program
• Recruit employees and subcontractors
• Review schedules with Operations Supervisor and Regional Manager
• Job measures
• Job installations
• Other duties may be assigned

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction field operations, with a focus on sunrooms, doors, and windows
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of technology and able to function effectively
• Well organized with the ability to think on your feet
• Proactive in managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions, company expectations, and delivering win-win solutions

• Revenue projections of branch
• 90-day branch quality
• Project timelines
• Customer service surveys with top score of 90% or better
• Branch profitability
