The Installation Supervisor (IS) is responsible for getting the crews out each day, training crews, reviewing difficult jobs, ensuring all jobs are installed in accordance with company guidelines. The IS also monitors sub-contractor quality and performance, helps crews finish jobs, completes service calls, and meets with customers to review difficult or complicated jobs. Responsibilities include reviewing / executing project schedules, assisting with recruiting installers or subcontractors, monitoring work progress, updating the job software, and monitoring labor expenses.

• Review new jobs for accuracy and completeness and ensure they are placed on the books
• Track labor and material costs
• Ensure employee personnel and payroll information is processed
• Maintain branch production speed
• Review concerns with Regional Manager
• Execute Jump program
• Recruit employees and subcontractors
• Review schedules with Operations Supervisor and Regional Manager
• Manage job measures and installations
• Other duties as assigned

Applicant should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction field operations, focusing on sunrooms, doors, and windows. Good problem‑solving skills are required. Must be competent in technology use, well‑organized, proactive, and able to manage customer/employee/subcontractor interactions to deliver win‑win solutions.
