Production Associate

Job Overview

Production Associate – $21.24/hour at Georgia‑Pacific in Cleveland, TN. Entry‑level hourly role supporting corrugated box production. Must be flexible to any shift including weekends, overtime, and holidays.

• Any shift (2nd or 3rd). Must be willing to work weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• Orientation on 1st shift (7am‑3pm); permanent shift assigned 2nd or 3rd.
• 12‑hour shift. Attendance program based on points.

• Adhere to plant environmental guidelines and safety rules.
• Operate, maintain, and perform daily maintenance on corrugated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and make minor machine adjustments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift.
• Support production, waste, and quality goals.
• Lift, walk, climb, stoop, stand, push, and pull as required in hot, humid, noisy environment.

• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, or military environment, or completed post‑high‑school education in manufacturing/industrial.
• Willingness to grow and advance, strong commitment to safety.
• Basic computer, tablet, or smart device proficiency.

• Experience in a corrugated box plant.
