Production Associate

We are seeking a motivated Production Associate to join our dynamic Operations Team. In this role you will operate automated equipment, use strong problem‑solving skills, and take decisive action to ensure every product meets our high‑quality standards. The ideal candidate has a stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Salary: $20–$22 per hour

Shift: Third

Work hours:

7 PM – 7:30 AM

Education required:

High School

• Operate and monitor high‑tech, automated production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient manufacturing flow.
• Execute equipment setups, changeovers, and minor adjustments according to specific production schedules and technical requirements.
• Utilize real‑time data and machine interfaces to monitor system health and output consistency.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using logical problem‑solving techniques to minimize downtime.

• Work in a smoke‑free environment.
• Wear steel‑toe shoes.
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work weekends.
