Join our retail team as a Key Team Leader at Dunham's Sports

We're seeking a smiling, enthusiastic, sports-minded individual with strong customer-service skills to join our leadership team. The Key Team Leader (Key Holder) will carry store keys and be responsible for opening/closing duties, merchandising, operations, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service.
- Open and close the store, including security procedures.
- Oversee merchandising, operational, and administrative functions.
- Previous retail supervisory experience.
- Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics.
- Merchandising skills preferred.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Merchandise discount.
- Flexible scheduling.
