We’re Alltimate Roofing — a 25-year-old, multi-certified roofing company in the top 2% nationwide. We’ve got the reputation, the leads, and the infrastructure. Now we need a performance-driven Sales Manager to take it to the next level.

• Sell first, lead second. Close your own deals while building your team around you
• Coach, train, and elevate reps using our proven sales system
• Run structured roleplay and follow-up processes
• Track NSLI, close rate, and customer experience — and know how to improve them
• Grow into a leadership role with full control over sales operations

• 3+ years leading or building sales teams
• High-ticket, value-based sales experience (not discount-driven)
• Roofing, solar, or home improvement background is a plus
• Builder mentality — you're not afraid to create momentum
• Comfortable working in-person in Cleveland, TN

• $300K+ annual potential for top performers
• Monthly commission: 2.5%–3% of total company sales, based on pace
• $3,000/month draw for your first 90 days (guaranteed, not a cap)
• Commission-only after ramp-up — no income ceiling
