American Home Design, Inc. is hiring part‑time and full‑time In‑Store Promotions Representatives for our Chattanooga area team. Opportunities are available in Cleveland, Chattanooga, and Dalton, Georgia. Whether you are looking for part‑time work or beginning a sales career, we offer both options.

Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers. You set appointments with homeowners for a FREE water test. You get paid well to talk to people: paid training and a lucrative base plus unlimited bonus opportunity.

Our top in‑store representatives are making over $30 per hour.

• Set qualified appointments for in‑home water assessments
• Engage shoppers in conversation using a well‑trained script to generate interest in more information
• Call the call center to confirm and schedule the customer’s appointment time on the spot
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

• Flexible weekly schedule
• Paid each week with an option for daily pay

• Customer‑facing background (servers, retail, call center)
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Independent, self‑motivated, comfortable with rejection
• Tech‑savvy and able to learn app‑based systems
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day; flexible schedule
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4‑hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
