Inside Sales/Project Management - National Division

Best Buy Metals is seeking an Inside Sales / Project Management professional that will learn about the metal manufacturing industry while assisting customers through their project details and purchase process. As the liaison to our customers, you will deliver a world-class experience.

• Selling metal roofing/siding to contractors, homeowners and occasionally one-step distributors nationwide through online sales.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and perform inside sales activities such as calls, customer service logistics, etc.
• Provide quotes and manage pricing to meet margin goals and expectations.
• Use detailed product knowledge, roofing software and POS systems to prepare accurate quotations.
• Develop new customers and perform activities to generate additional business.
• Achieve 100% of monthly sales forecast.
• Follow up on all sales quotes to improve closing ratios.

• Excellent written and oral communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in a dedicated customer service and/or sales environment (inside or outside sales).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace G Suite, quoting software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

Unlimited earning potential with commission! Starting salary: $45,000–$50,000 annually as base pay plus uncapped commission in the first year.
