Role Requirements for an Account Manager Trainee:

• Manage customer accounts by assisting with AT&T cell phone activations, device upgrades, and plan modifications while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Build workflow coordination skills by shadowing senior account managers, contributing to scheduling, task delegation, and monitoring productivity metrics.
• Strengthen team performance
• by participating in structured briefings, practicing coaching techniques, and supporting AT&T’s residential cell phone sales objectives.
• Support onboarding of new associates by training them on AT&T compliance standards, device return policies, and customer data security protocols.
• Handle escalated account challenges by triaging service concerns or technical device issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
