The Reaction Operator will report to the Production Supervisor.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reaction Operator to oversee operations in the Reaction area. We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to both safety and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated operator to further develop their expertise and make a meaningful impact within our team.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will build on the responsibilities mastered at the Blend Operator and Packaging Operator levels while taking on the critical task of safely controlling reaction processes. You will be responsible for monitoring gauges, adjusting reactions using cooling water, steam, and line tracing, and ensuring all work is performed in strict compliance with safety protocols and SDS guidelines. This position also involves conducting quality control analysis on batches, providing clear and timely operational feedback to the supervisor, and performing first‑level troubleshooting on production equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on production needs.

- High School diploma REQUIRED.
- Minimum of 4-8 years experience in chemical manufacturing & production, material handling, or warehouse.
