Caregiver Job Description
Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers in Cleves, OH. Earn up to $15.00/hr and potential bonuses.
Benefits & Compensation- Up to $15.00/hr with bonuses
- Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (location dependent)
- Flexible schedule – choose your own hours using the mobile app, typically 2–4 hour visits

- Provide companionship and friendly company to older adults and families

- Support daily living activities as needed
- 21 years or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Pass a background check
- Pass a motor vehicle report
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
- Access to a smartphone
- Access to a vehicle [] or newer
- Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring personality
- Availability to work 2 or more hours per week
