We are seeking motivated, self‑driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Welders. Under the direction of the Lead Welder and Welding Operations Supervisor, you will receive hands‑on training in MIG welding and fabrication while contributing to production work.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the skilled trades.

This Entry Level Welder will be based at the Cleves location. The hours are Monday – Thursday from 5am-3:00pm, There is a high probability of required overtime.

Under the direction of the Lead Welder and Welding Operations Supervisor, the Entry Level Welder will be trained in MIG welding, and fabricating various metals for production, and will eventually be responsible for moving between production assignments.

• Receive and follow instructions, prints, and work orders
• Fabricate equipment by cutting, burning, and welding metals using MIG welding
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications when necessary
• Fit and assemble standard weldments and structures with multiple components
• Clean and prepare materials to be welded
• Set up, assemble, and tack weld parts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Move between production assignments as skills develop

• High school diploma (or in progress for vocational welding students)
• Recent graduate or current student in a welding program preferred
• 1+ year of welding experience (including vocational training)
• Basic MIG welding experience required
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Ability and willingness to learn to read routers, blueprints, drawings, and sketches
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
