Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To- Evaluating and treating patients in an Assisted Living Community
- Communicating with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- New graduates and experienced therapists welcome
- Active FL Physical Therapist license
