Shift Supervisor – Full time

Clewiston, FL (Based in Fort Myers, Florida)

The Shift Supervisor assists the management team in achieving revenue, expense and profit objectives as outlined in the store’s budget, training staff and meeting all production goals and customer service expectations.

• Achieve revenue, expense and profit objectives as outlined in the store’s budget.
• Train staff to comply with all production goals, merchandise standards, customer service expectations, mission integration and full adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Work long hours, weekends, evenings and holidays as required.

High school diploma or the equivalent. One year of retail sales experience preferred.

• Ability to correctly use all point of sale, donation systems, office computer and telephone.
• Ability to work in stressful conditions using good judgment, patience and understanding.
• Follow oral and written instructions; familiarity with business related mathematics.
• Supervise and train staff in production, merchandising, checkout and customer service.
• Perform physical tasks: bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items up to 40 pounds; stand for long periods of time; occasionally work outdoors where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.
