• Ensure accurate and appropriate disbursements in accordance with Accounts Payable Policy & Procedures Manual.
• Review and verify accuracy and policy compliance of invoices and other payment requests.
• Input, balance and generate checks for signature using computer systems.
• Communicate with department managers, vendors and others to resolve invoicing or payment issues.
• Perform general Accounts Payable functions across assigned facilities.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable practices, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency with computers.
