Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience
Mon-Fri Schedule
ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management :
Greet and assist clients and visitors with a positive and welcoming demeanor, ensuring every interaction meets the agency's high standards of client satisfaction.
Phone Communication :
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries or redirecting them as necessary to ensure seamless service.
Document Handling :
Responsible for managing mail, filing systems, and office correspondence to ensure effective paperwork organization and retrieval.
General Office Support :
Assist with general office duties, including data entry, managing office supplies, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks as required.
Customer Relationship :
Engage with clients to gather feedback and facilitate improvements in office operations and client satisfaction.
Experience :
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.
Organizational Skills :
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Interpersonal Skills :
Friendly and approachable demeanor to ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors.
Computer Skills :
