Customer Support Representative (In-Person)

Location:

Sanford, NC or Clifton, NJ (commuting required).

Responsibilities
  • Networking with the various departments at our client sites, in order to promote the concept of our customer-driven, service-oriented approach of doing business.
  • Becoming the conduit of communication between us and a client, ensuring that our technical, quality and operations teams address every client need competently and timely.
  • Handling all of the transactional aspects of each client relationship, including normal incoming orders as well as emergencies such as new product launches.
  • Working closely with the sales team to coordinate our business development efforts by alerting sales representatives about business opportunities as well as potential pitfalls in our transactions.
  • Monitoring incoming business volume to ensure that we continuously meet volume expectations.
  • Ensuring that our operations, quality and technical teams have the proper specifications to produce every client order.
  • The bilingual customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This position reports to the customer service manager.
Requirements
  • Position is located in Sanford, NC and Clifton, NJ; all candidates must be within commuting distance of either location.
  • Some travel time required, both local and air travel.
  • Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Customer support experience in business-to-business settings and a college degree is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual – Spanish and English.
