We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Service & Customer Support team. This is an office-based position
.
- Schedule service appointments with customers and technicians
- Coordinate routes and availability
- Follow up on open service cases
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointments and expectations
- Update internal systems with accurate service information
- Work closely with Customer Service, Technicians, and Management
- Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with schedules, calendars, and internal systems
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service preferred
- Stable, full-time office position
- Growing company with room to learn and develop
