A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Project Engineer
.

Position Type: Full time Contract, Contract to Hire

Duration: 12 months

Location: Clifton, NJ 07014

As a Facilities Project Engineer
, you will:

• Responsible for the day-to-day tactical duties for assigned programs.
• Facility and Construction Project Management work.
• Oversee and coordinate the cost, schedule, and technical aspects of ongoing Facilities engineering projects within the program guidelines set by the Facilities Manager and customer.
• Serve as single point-of-contact between Facilities engineering project management, planning, Facilities, and line management.
• Review status of Facilities engineering projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Assess Facilities engineering project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer‑satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring Facilities engineering project progress and for intervention and problem solving with Facilities engineering project managers, line managers, and customers.
• Provide coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
• May conduct performance/project analyses during phase‑down to benefit future/other engineering projects, missions, and programs.
• Senior professional with strong knowledge of Facilities and Construction areas and broad knowledge of project management.
• Manage complex projects or processes with general oversight.
• Communicate within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.
• Make moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.
• Contribute to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.

Ideal candidate will have:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• PMP, FMP, CFM.
• Strong Facilities and/or Construction Project Engineering experience.

Pay Range*: $75-$82 per hour.

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
