Physician assistant

NY Orthopedics PC is a private, minimally invasive spine surgery practice serving patients throughout New York and New Jersey. We are a growing, modern spine practice focused on high-quality care, innovation, and expansion into regenerative medicine.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our orthopedic spine team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced orthopedic spine surgeon in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

• Perform patient consultations and physical examinations
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluations
• Serve as surgical first assist
• Review and interpret diagnostics (MRI, CT, X-ray, EMG)
• Develop treatment plans and manage medications
• Coordinate care and maintain direct communication with patients
• Collaborate with surgeons and advanced providers

• Active PA license in New Jersey
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to multiple NJ locations
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Prior orthopedic/spine experience preferred
• New graduates welcome (must have passed PA exam; training provided)

• Competitive salary: $120,000–$140,000/year + bonus
