Our Hosts greet guests as they enter the building, control the flow of guest seating and ensure that guests enjoy their visit.

• Greet guests at the door with an enthusiastic attitude, and a genuine smile.
• Guide guests to an appropriate table, making small talk along the way.
• Generate fun and excitement through personality and a positive attitude.
• Record guest information when on a waiting list; manage reservations and parties.
• Accommodate guests with special needs or elderly guests; assist children with crayons and kids’ menus.
• Make servers aware of any special requests at tables.
• Engage with departing guests to inquire about their visit and invite them to return.
• Handle guest complaints in a professional manner, following the established steps.
• Maintain cleanliness: clear and clean tables, follow food safety, sanitation and personal hygiene policies, sweep/clean floors, and restrooms as needed.
• Restock and replenish supplies; assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Operate the seating system for reservations and wait lists; listen to guests, respond verbally, and communicate with team members.
• Demonstrate reading, writing and math skills as part of daily responsibilities; maintain an enthusiastic and professional attitude at all times.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies; ensure general sanitation and proper hygiene practices.

• Minimum age of 17 years.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to listen, respond verbally, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Reading, writing and basic math skills required.
• High energy, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
