-based organization is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to spearhead initiatives that drive operational excellence through technology, automation, and AI enablement. This is a hands‑on role blending strategy and execution, with the opportunity to shape the company's digital roadmap and deliver measurable business impact.

• Develop and execute a 1‑2‑year digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process optimization.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (SaaS, AI tools) to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance and adoption.
• Promote a culture of digital literacy and continuous improvement across the organization.

• 5-8 years of experience in IT, business process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of business operations and how technology drives efficiency.
• Proven track record managing technology or process improvement projects end to end.
• Exposure to automation tools, AI integrations, and workflow optimization systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with SaaS, APIs, cloud systems, or data integration is a plus.
