Data Science Manager, AI Engineer (Applied/Software), Data Analyst, Data Scientist
Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and data science solutions within Global Medical Safety to enhance safety decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilitiesoversee projects to deliver scalable analytical products, establish data assets and pipelines, and develop decision-support dashboards. Provide scientific and technical leadership across safety analytics, promote innovation, and influence stakeholders; mentor analytics teams; support strategic initiatives.
QualificationsPhD (preferred) or Master’s with substantial relevant experience in Statistics, Data Science, or related fields; significant expertise in healthcare and medical safety analytics; proven ability to lead analytics projects and build end-to-end solutions; proficient in Python, R, SQL; experienced with cloud architectures, MLOps, and regulatory standards.
High Valuefocus on safety analytics, AI, machine learning, predictive modeling, real-world data, and enterprise safety data environments.
Work setupmultiple U.S. locations (Horsham, PA; Titusville, NJ). Travel specifics not specified.
