Passaic County Law Firm is seeking a Creditor's Rights and Real Estate Attorney to join our team. New Jersey Bar Admission is required. We are looking for an Attorney to work closely with paralegals and partners to complete residential and commercial Real Estate and Creditor's Rights transactions and other tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will be well organized, a self-starter, and have the ability to multitask as well as having excellent time management skills with the ability to handle a large caseload. Salary will be commensurate with your experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior Experience is preferred but not required.
• Highly Organized.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• New Jersey Bar Admission Required.
• Foreclosure and/or Bankruptcy knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Adobe;
  Experience working in client systems.
