Paralegal – Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm (Clifton, NJ)

A well-established Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firm in Clifton, New Jerseyis seeking afull-time, experienced Paralegal to join their team.

The ideal candidate will haveat least 5 years of experience and behighly proficient in litigation procedures.

Experience with

PC Lawand Needlescase management systems, as well asbilingual proficiency in Spanish, is a plus.

Compensation:$65,000–$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

• Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents
• Investigate facts to assist with case preparation and negotiations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain and update client records and case files

• Minimum3 years of experience
  as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal research
• Proficiency in case management systems (PC Law, Needles preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
