The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, high-impact Senior Site Leader to oversee operations at our Clifton, NJ warehouse.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic driver of operational excellence: leading high-performing teams, setting operational direction, championing our core values, and upholding world-class safety and efficiency standards as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Site Ownership:
  Take full accountability for daily site operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and peak performance metrics are consistently met.
• Team Leadership:
  Provide clear direction, mentorship, and motivation across all shifts, cultivating a culture of growth, engagement, and operational rigor.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Drive innovation across logistics workflows and lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline fulfillment.
• Financial Stewardship:
  Manage site budgeting, labor planning, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Safety First:
  Maintain a safe, compliant, and supportive work environment, strictly enforcing PPE adherence and warehouse safety protocols.

• Proven track record in logistics, warehouse management, or site on leadership (fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred).
• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving and people-leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Operational flexibility to support business needs when required (including occasional evenings or weekends).
