As District Manager you will oversee multiple store locations, ensuring exceptional customer service, sales performance, and operational excellence.

• Drive revenue growth and meet financial targets across the district.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and Sales Consultants.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand experience.
• Optimize staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency.

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a multi‑store environment.

• Ability to analyze data, develop plans, and execute actions.
• Experience with training programs and performance management.
• Flexibility to travel within the district.
