Project Manager (Serving clients within the New Jersey area). This role focuses on serving clients in the New Jersey area and involves deep technical expertise in project management, developing project plans and budgets, identifying project problems, recommending solutions, documenting delays, performing critical‑path analyses, and presenting progress reports. Responsibilities also include direct communication with customers and field team members, analyzing test information to resolve moderate design/system problems, and performing diagnostic procedures.

• Manage projects following project processes and, where applicable, provide direction to assisting Project Engineers.
• Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on‑time, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects, including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, accounts‑receivable collections, and re‑estimating costs of installation projects.
• Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for scope expansion.
• Coordinate project materials and shared resources, identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans.
• Manage relationships with sub‑contractors, identify issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issues.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of Building Automation and Controls experience or 3+ years prior Project Management experience.
• 1+ year of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment above 8 feet grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls) (3‑ or 4‑year program).
• PMP Certification.
• Able to lead and motivate teams.
• Problem‑solving, planning, and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of project financial reporting.
• Ability to deal with multiple challenges simultaneously.
